Saturday the 18th of July – The Dancing in Pride and Prejudice: Dance Display at the Jane Austen House Museum on Dress-Up Day
Join Georgettes as we recreate the public Meryton Assembly, an impromptu dance at the Lucases’ and a private Netherfield Ball. We will be joined by Actor Erika Sanderson.

Saturday the 25th of July – 18th Century Historical dance display and selected scenes from These Old Shades, in collaboration with Erika Sanderson, Patricia Hammond and Capability Consort at Garrick’s Temple to Shakespeare
A collaborative event celebrating the 100-year anniversary of Georgette Heyer’s novel These Old Shades, which is set in the mid-eighteenth century. It is part of the Phenomenal Females project led by Arts Richmond. The programmes will include scenes from the book, 18th century Baroque and Contra Dances, and Georgian songs by female composers.

Sunday the 4th of October – 18th Century Historical dance display at the Weston Library part of the Bodleian, the University of Oxford for the ‘100 Years of These Old Shades Celebration’
Georgettes will be joined by Baroque dance specialists Freya Hadfield and Fernando Santiago for a series of Baroque and Contra Dance Displays showcasing dances from the Palace of Versailles and Georgian London during the afternoon of the 4th of October.
